INCO 4009 is designed to provide students persuasive business writing techniques and report writing skills. Emphasis is on the analysis and research of business- related situations and problems for the production of a short oral and written report. The correct grammatical forms and structures, mechanics and punctuation and documentation are stressed. Business writing techniques, as well as, report writing skills will be reinforced in the Writing Laboratory.
